Apple Adds a Rooted Name to the Apple TV+ Team

Apple continues to strengthen its team for this service ahead of the launch of Apple TV+. The company has now hired Danielle DePalma as a marketing executive for Apple TV shows and movies. DePalma, who previously worked as a marketing manager at Lionsgate, one of the largest film production companies in the USA, will now take part in Apple’s video marketing team.


DePalma has had an impressive career in the film industry. In her career, she has been involved in the marketing campaigns of movies such as the Hunger Games series and Kick-Ass. She previously held positions at Lionsgate such as senior vice president and vice president of digital marketing, new media and marketing.

Additionally, earlier this week, Apple hired a former A+E employee to head the documentary for Apple TV+. The Apple TV+ service is expected to launch this fall and users will be able to access its extensive library of original TV shows and movies.
