Domestic artificial intelligence technologies company will open to the USA with the investment it has received

Alterna CX received an investment of US$ 250,000 from Teknoloji Yatırım A.Ş. to be used in its growth activities in the USA within the scope of Explore Investment Program. In addition to the current investment amount of Alterna CX from Teknoloji Yatırım, there is also a co-investment option to be used in the following rounds.

Alterna CX, which is among the 30 leading companies in the world in the field of Voice of the Customer applications in the Gartner Magic Quadrant report with its artificial intelligence-based solutions and is the first Turkish company to be included in this report, will be used in growth activities in the USA as part of the Explore Investment Program from Teknoloji Yatırım A.Ş. received an investment of $250,000. In addition to the current investment amount of Alterna CX from Teknoloji Yatırım, there is also a co-investment option to be used in the following rounds.

The Explore Investment Program, run by Teknoloji Yatırım, aims to accelerate the entry and growth stages of technology companies in international markets. In the current period, the target of the program are SaaS companies that aim to enter the US market or to expand their existing footprint in this market. The “Pre-Explore Acceleration” process, which is the preparatory phase of the program, is carried out together with ERA, one of the most important acceleration programs in the USA. Companies that have successfully completed the Pre-Explore phase and whose investment evaluation process has been positive are invested with 250 thousand USD to use in their US market entry activities.

The target is to be among the top 10 companies in the world in its field.

Using natural language processing, experience analytics and machine learning, Alterna CX designs the customer and employee experience in line with the needs of the technology age.
