One of the biggest e-commerce sites in Turkey, Hepsiburada started to serve on WhatsApp Business, the new platform of WhatsApp. The company, which wants to further increase its Customer Service support, will answer the questions of its customers through the WhatsApp line numbered 0850 252 40 00 between 08.00 – 24.00.
With this new system, customers will be able to benefit from Hepsiburada’s customer service even in places where it would be difficult to talk. With the new system provided by the e-commerce giant, people who want to shop online but have some questions in their minds will also be able to shop more securely.
Making a statement on the subject, Hepsiburada Customer Experience Director Göksü Tugay said, “While we offer our customers an easy and practical shopping opportunity with our product variety and technological infrastructure, we also strive to continuously improve their shopping experience. we continue.
