Turkey’s first public and private public sector open data conference will take the stage online on June 10.
The Open Data Summit, organized by the Open Data and Technology Association and the Union of Municipalities of Turkey, will take place online on June 10, 2021 with the emphasis on ‘Open Data for Turkey’s Future’.
In the opening session of the event, where 15 different speakers, each more valuable than the other, will take the stage in seven different sessions, President of the Presidency of the Republic of Turkey Digital Transformation Office Dr. Ali Taha Koç and the Union of Municipalities of Turkey and Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Fatma Şahin. At the Open Data Summit, different topics will be discussed, from open government structure to open data law, from open data opportunities to commercial applications of open data.
Open Data Summit, which will bring together academicians, lawyers, public and private sector employees who are experts in the field of open data, will continue throughout the day and answers will be sought for audience questions.
Aiming to bring together thousands of people on the internet this year, the Open Data Summit aims to bring the cultural, commercial and public aspects of open data to the agenda every year as a traditional conference.
