The FCC has no details about the hardware of the Galaxy Xcover 5, but GeekBench says the phone will have Exynos 7885 processor cores. It is thought that the phone, which will have a storage space of 32 GB, will be supported by at least 3GB of RAM. The phone is also thought to come with the Android 9 Pie operating system.
Dutch retailer Centralpoint has listed the SM-G398 on its website under the name Xcover 4S with a price tag of around €250. This listing shows the release date of the new smartphone as June 4, 2019.
More details about the new model will emerge in the future if Samsung is indeed going to develop the Xcover series phones. Considering all the hot trends in the industry today, we wonder if the Xcover’s design can compete in global markets.
